The Two Hands Anyhow

The "2 hands anyhow" is an impressive feat to practice and witness. In its standard form, it starts from a side or bent press-- which tends to be the most challenging part for folks first attempting the move. In this video, I show a modified form of this exercise that will help you master it for the first time... or it can help you make the move to heavier weights.
