The Turkish Getup (TGU)

The Turkish Getup (AKA "TGU") is one of the finest full-body drills in the entire pantheon of kettlebell exercises. If you don't yet own a kettlebell, it can certainly also be done with a dumbbell. In this video, The Art of Strength's Anthony Diluglio breaks this complex exercise into 5 mini-drills. There are several different TGU styles, but he'll be focusing on perfecting a single approach. If you are learning TGU for the first time or attempting a major increase in weight, this video clip is for you!
